Holiday party

Holiday party catering, booked early.

We cater corporate holiday parties across the Greater Toronto Area, from team dinners to full company celebrations. December is the most constrained month in this business: venues, staff, and caterers all book out earlier than any other time of year. If you have a date, the useful thing is to secure it before the menu is settled.

What’s included

Everything the day actually needs.

Date first, menu second

In December the date is the scarce thing. We will hold a date on a deposit and design the menu afterwards rather than making you decide everything at once.

Built for a room in a good mood

Holiday parties run differently from conferences. Service is designed around people standing, talking, and moving rather than seated in courses — unless you want seated, which we also do.

Late-night stations

The food that matters most at a holiday party is often the food served after ten. We plan for it rather than treating it as an add-on.

Dietary requirements, still handled

Seasonal menus are where dietary guests most often get an afterthought. They get a designed dish here, the same as any other event.

Capacity

Team dinners to full company parties

Holiday events skew larger and later than the rest of the year, and venues are working at their limit. Guest count and date together determine what is genuinely available — we would rather tell you early that a date is tight than discover it in November.

How it works

From enquiry to service.

01

Secure the date

Send the date and approximate numbers. In December this is the step that matters most.

02

Design the menu

Once the date is held, we build the menu and service style around the kind of evening you want.

03

Confirm numbers

Final headcount and dietary list the week before — later than usual is workable, but earlier is better in December.

04

The party

We set up around your schedule, serve, run the late stations, and clear.

Questions

The things people ask first.

When do December dates book out?
Earlier than most people expect. The first two weeks of December and every Friday and Saturday go first, and they go months ahead. If your date is fixed, secure it before settling the menu.
Can you still take a booking for this December?
Sometimes, depending on the date and size. Ask — we will tell you honestly rather than take a booking we cannot serve properly.
Do you cater office holiday parties on site?
Yes. Office parties need the same checks as any on-site event: kitchen access, service space, and the building’s rules about deliveries and load-in after hours.
What works best for a standing party?
Stations and passed canapés, with something more substantial later in the evening. Seated dinners work too, but they change the shape of the night considerably.
