These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern a catering booking — that is covered by the written quote and agreement issued for your event.

Using this site

You may browse this site and use the quote form for genuine enquiries. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use it in a way that breaks Canadian law.

Quotes and enquiries

Submitting the form starts a conversation; it is not a booking and does not reserve a date. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Availability and pricing are confirmed in a written quote.

Booking terms — including deposits, payment schedule, final numbers, and cancellation — are set out in that written quote. They are not published here because they vary by event, and because we would rather you read them attached to real numbers than as generic text.

Menus, images and content

Menus and photographs on this site are illustrative. Seasonal availability, your venue, and your guest numbers all affect what is actually served, and the menu confirmed in your quote is the one that applies.

Text, photographs and design on this site belong to Toronto Eats unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. If you find something wrong, tell us at us@torontoeats.catering and we will correct it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
