A wedding

A wedding menu that is actually yours.

We cater weddings across the Greater Toronto Area, from small ceremonies to receptions of several hundred. Menus are designed with you rather than chosen from a list, and you taste them before committing. We work directly with your planner and venue on timings, so dinner service fits the evening you have planned instead of interrupting it.

What’s included

Everything the day actually needs.

A menu designed with you

We start from what you actually want to eat and build the menu around it, including the dishes that mean something to your families.

A tasting before you commit

You taste the menu as it will be served, and change it afterwards. Notes from the tasting go into the final plan rather than into a folder.

We work with your planner

If you have a planner, they get a direct line and the same run sheet we do. If you do not, we handle the same coordination ourselves.

Dietary needs designed in

Guests with dietary requirements get a dish designed for them, plated and served at the same time as everyone else, not brought out separately afterwards.

Capacity

Intimate ceremonies to receptions of several hundred

Guest count shapes service style more than it shapes the menu. Plated service holds its timing well at most sizes with the right staffing ratio; stations and family style change how the room moves. We will tell you honestly which suits your number and your venue.

How it works

From enquiry to service.

01

First conversation

Date, venue, guest count, and what you have already decided. We work out whether we are a fit before anyone spends time on a proposal.

02

Menu design

A menu drafted around your preferences, your venue kitchen, and the shape of your day.

03

Tasting

You taste it, we adjust it. This is the step that turns a proposal into your menu.

04

The day

Final numbers and dietary list are locked the week before. We arrive early, work to your timeline, and clear quietly.

Questions

The things people ask first.

When should we book wedding catering?
Most couples book six to twelve months out, and peak Saturdays in summer and early autumn go first. If your date is fixed, ask early — availability is the binding constraint, not preparation time.
Do you offer a tasting?
Yes, before you commit. You taste the menu as it will be served and we adjust it afterwards based on your notes.
Can you cater at a venue that has no kitchen?
Usually yes. It changes the plan — we bring more equipment and design dishes that finish well on site — so tell us early and we will build it into the quote rather than discovering it later.
Can you accommodate our families’ traditional dishes?
Yes, and it is one of the better parts of the job. Bring the recipe or the reference and we will work out how to serve it at scale without losing what makes it right.
